GENERAL CONDITIONS

The price of the apartment depends on the lasting and the period of the stay: for a week the price is of 550euro while for a month the price is of 1200euro. The price it’s not inclusive of final cleaning (50euro) and of cost of water, light and gas consumed. In the apartment can stay only the persons indicated in the reservation (number).
DEPOSIT
You can reserve the apartment sending me an email (pancani@tim.it) in which you will demand the availability for your prechosen period. The deposit amounts at 30% of the total expense and it has to be poured within seven days from your communication of reservation. The deposit has to be sended through money transfer or postal order. Necessary data for the sending of the money transfer:

The reservation is considered effective at the moment of the arrival of the payment. At the confirmation of the reservation you will receive a voucher (confirmation with an e-mail or a fax)

BALANCE
The balance of the amount has to be poured in cash at the keys delivery with the deposit.

NOTICE
The notice of the reservation involves the loss of the account

CAUTION MONEY
(for eventual caused damages)
200€ at the moment of the keys delivery, for eventual damages caused at the apartment or at the things inside it, that common control will be given back to the departure previo and after to have knit eventual extra expenses. it will be given back at the departure after a check of the apartmentl and after the settling of eventual extra expenses

DEPARTURE And ARRIVAL TIMETABLE
The departure and arrival timetables will be decised through email in phase of reservation. With the reservation we consider read and approved the general informations and the conditions.
